A hobba was saying (I think it was MysticalQueen but not sure) that they had MODs on their list to keep in quick contact.
So I'm pretty sure they CAN accept f/r it's just they also get paied to moderate the hotel so they don't want random normal people who are not talking about the work rambling at them.
