Not true, users items may dissapear for a variety of different reasons from glitches to HK all the way down to staff removing them because of their inability to do "the right thing".
Alot of users have made up stories of being "hacked" through housekeeping and have successfully obtained loads of rares that they never had in the first place.
Users like "Nykie" are the ones that do deserve it back because they took precautions and that still wasn't enough. Most other people who are "hacked" end up in that predicament based on their own foolishness.
