I myself live in the suth east, and nothing worg with that. And also on the topic of the rare, they seem to be making peeps doing the quest, and you never know if the pillar is the new rare, cause it might be a one of so gthe winner of funky friday will be the only peeps to have it for half a year or so. So you never know.... You will just have to w8 and see.
