RedTiz is a staff member who deserves her name to be said everywhere - after 4 months of waiting she finally got my things back, and I don't know how I'll be able to repay her for it. She even threw in a few extras for the inconveniance ^^

I found that rather rude. Staff Members work hard as heck - you try managing a community with over 4 million unique hits a month. Now, I might just be biased for various reasons, but GOD, give them a break.
