You don't even need sharks?
I took a ton of sharks and used 3 for the actual mini game...and didn't use any prayer until the last form.
The only trouble is charging the staff - that's when you need the sharks and prayer pots - i did it before going to college, 7am around, no one was there, so i suggest doing it around that time.
