They have given you a ref. number, so email them about it, explain the story and make sure you quote the ref. number.
You should then be unbanned.

As Carlos says, write down the reference number so when you do contact them you can provide them with it.

it does say on their credits page, anyone caught trying to buy credits without sufficient funds will be permamently banned, but i never thought theyd actualy do it!
