well this means it is by somebody with less rep than 100 and less post counts under 40 i think, i havt checked sierks counts but im pretty sure hes got more than 40 posts.

To answer your question: No it wasn't sierk.

He wouldn't give bad rep because he didn't like your alt, he most certainly wouldn't call you a 'n00b', and his rep wouldn't be grey.
