I wasnt putting forward that it should become a lounge eventhough the major vote are saying that it should be a lounge.

Too many arguments are forming because of the help-desk. Should be locked.

I was at page 15 and I decided this should be locked, I was pleasantly surprised to move to the end and see that people agree.

Attacks are being made, some fair, but mostly not. It results in HxHD staff having to defend themselves and no progress will be made if you can't make complaints in a fairly unattacking way, or if you can't make them to someone with a hide like a rhino.

Also, this thread is being used as a medium for those who don't usually use the help desk to attack it and make complaints. Therefore, all complaints about the help desk that are not constructive (basically, all complaints that do not have suggested fixes - but this does not include the firing of staff) should be PMd to me. I will give you a reply within a reasonable time frame, if I cannot then I will give you a heads up that I'll have to put it on the wayside for a bit.
