I'm with you there. I love just being able to push a play button and being able to be surrounded by nice sounding songs that I like without having to worry about pushing buttons all the time!
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
I've just seen the price of the Nano on Play.com. £159 for 16GB? What a rip off! It's gone backwards, bring back the Mini :/ No video, crap picture support (square screen? ARGH!).

I actually love the new Nano, might all change when I see it and use it for real though. If I like it which I'm sure I will, I may end up getting one for the gym/bike rides but that all depends on how easy it is to operate.
That's where I think the Nano is going, it's definitely sport orientated now and is clear that Apple want the average consumer to pick the iPod Touch.
Agreed. I think I'll get the new one when it's released in Jan/Feb.
iPad didn't interest me until I saw iOS 4.2.

It will do it via email, in the contacts application.
Hope te next iPad has it, loads of people will have iPhone 4s and new iPod touchs by then.
I'm quite confused; I've upgraded iTunes on my iMac and I do not have this new icon!

next iPad will have a retina screen too, imho.Agreed. I think I'll get the new one when it's released in Jan/Feb.

they need to develop something which plugs into the i-devices to use it as some sort of console. The Epic Citadel demo is actually amazing graphic wise, but the controls for games like that are awkward
I'm not so sure. Apple need to be careful about constantly changing screen resolutions because it annoys developers. Since the start of this year they have moved from one consistent resolution (480x320) to 3 (480x320, 1024x768, 960x640), would they want to add another?

it is just videos by bill wurtz videos you have been warned
theres no point not adding it. Developers dont have to change much. The apps developed on the 480x320 screens work on the 1024x768, as well as 960x640. Theyd just have to design apps for the, what im guessing, would be something like 2048x1536 or w/e. as the graphics in this, would scale proportionatly to the other resolutionsI'm not so sure.
