Hx-Fight - Not entirely sure what went awry here - there wasn't an additional subscription on your account but the logs stated you had puchased one on the same day as the previous one. I would hazard a guess that that was the problem, purchasing on the same day may have confused the system slightly. After speaking to nvr he's fixed the problem and your subscription shows normally.
