They could still have had him removed. Game wouldn't be 100 percent complete at the time of his reveal. At the end of the day, it's upto Vince.

It was confirmed a while back that Foley is not in the Legends of Wrestlemania game (was penned to be in it) nor will he be in any SVR's whilst at TNA. No big dollar pays to TNA to get him in, please, will you bury that? I know im not the best source, but you have to trust me, foley will not be in a WWE game for a while.

No, you dont see what im saying. Mick Foley will not be a legend or LOW superstar. Trust me! He is in TNA, he has been planning on going there for months, there is a... 5% chance he is in SVR. I have 0% evidence backing that up (lol). But trust me.. he is far from a legend, and he has been taken out of LOW game, he can easily be taken out of SVR.

It is irrelevant though, he has been popular, but he is not in the company.
That would be like putting AJ Styles in the game. Or putting John Cena in TNA iMPACT. Or making Ozzy Osbourne the World Heavyweight Champion on SVR when he is not in the game... trying to think random.. lol.y'wha?
