Outkast will be the band named best band of the decade by the time its over probably. Which is the first time in a while that the band thats thought of as the best band of a decade is from the U.S., ususally theyre from the UK. The Beatles got the 60's, Led Zep got the 70's, Queen got the 80's etc. Although the 90's is a tough one to judge really... That one really depends I guess.
