How are these done?

Take a video with Camtasia or Hypercam, and then save it(obviously), and then import it into Imageready (just by opening it in imageready) and it'll automatically be convereted to a .gif, but if you only want to show a small part, then click:

(not where the arrows pointing at, I just googled a random pic coz i didnt feel like screening it myself)
but click on that tool in the first column 3rd down and select the area that you want.

sorry if it's a bit sloppy guide, I'm just a bit tired =P
