When I come back as a Moderator MAD fired me for inactivity but I told him I was going to be away, because he is corrupt and didn't want me on the team. It's all the same with him.

And all staff go by a "book". Like, you were yourself at the start, then you went strict, and all weird, now you're back to normal. They staff give you like things you can't say ie "You can't be yourself, you have to be this new person" etc.
