I found out what's the problem There are 2 kinds of tree
A Dead Tree (idk actual name)
and an Old Christmas Tree
both have different names and furni mission

Yeah I found this problem. One worked, one didn't.

Also, I haven't yet spent my snowflakes:

anyone know when we have to spend them by and also, WHAT SHOULD I BUY

The dead tree was on UK Hotel last year, but also didn't it get released at Halloween that may be why.

Done the quest, is there anymore?

Yes, one was from Halloween and one was from Christmas. The UK hotel did that, don't know about the others. They didn't want to release the 'Old Christmas Tree' at Halloween because of the name, so they recreated the exact same item but with a different name and description.

The quest should be the Christmas one in the catalog though :S.

I think thats it for the snowflake quests... they did say spend them before the new year... so get them spent now or lose them ... :/
