As much as I despise WrestleZone, the only one that sounds legit is Flair. Vinny Mac is hardly the Raw GM. Flair to take the lead.

Smackdown unfortunately, I feel has become a real rival to Raw with the talent moved by the draft.
Meaning I'll start watching it again, lol.
Didn't want that to happen though. Hate Smackdown...
But with this, I'm excited! Jeff Hardy as a result of the draft, I feel can now become one of the most predominant of superstars in Smackdown. Alongside Triple H, Edge, Undertaker... I think his chance is going to come soon.
Was looking forward to Matt Hardy and Jeff being back together... ECW is a step down for him and I don't think he should've gone there.
So annoyed about JR being drafted over to Smackdown. Raw is Raw because of Lawler + JR. Cole is an idiot and Foley is boring.
But lol... If Kane wins his match vs. Big Show - ECW Championship is at Raw.
If Big Show wins - ECW Championship at Smackdown.
Lol.

Rey to Raw I think is a good move for him.

Rosters are apprently set

Here are some more details regarding the 2008 WWE Draft:

-- There hasn't been much serious talk about doing a Supplemental Draft as they've done in past years. Unless something changes, the rosters should be set.

-- A lot of eyes are on Triple H and whether he actually remains on SmackDown! Several years back Triple H got traded to SmackDown! but was traded back to RAW after only 1 show. Many feel Triple H leaving RAW will open a huge opportunity for fresh faces and younger stars to get the spotlight.

-- With the ECW champion on RAW and both the World Heavyweight Champion and WWE Champion now on SmackDown!, expect things to get sorted out at Night of Champions. I would expect to see Triple H retain the WWE title (keeping it on SmackDown!) and Batista winning the World Heavyweight title from Edge and bringing it to RAW. As for the ECW title, it will be returned to ECW shortly. Last year, ECW Champion Bobby Lashley was traded to RAW and was forced to forfeit the belt.


Jim Ross nearly quit WWE last night after being drafted to SmackDown. He posted a new blog on his official website moments ago, stating that he was informed of the decision the same time fans were when they were watching on television. Below are some excerpts from his recent blog:

On being drafted to SmackDown: "I am not happy about this surprise development."

How he almost quit last night: "I also contemplated calling it a career Monday night and not going to Houston to tape SD."

When he decided to stay: "After speaking with my wife and thinking on this matter until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, I have decided to do the right thing for the fans who care and the talent who care and begin my new assignment."

Why he was moved: "It has been explained to me that the WWE's Smackdown tenure on My Network is a high priority within the corporation. Allegedly, my presence is needed in that effort."

Reluctant to do post production: "As far as going to Connecticut each week to do Smackdown post production, that's not going to happen. Either Mick Foley can handle it or the WWE can install a DSL line in my home to facilitate the work.

The 2008 WWE Supplemental Draft is at 12.00pm noon Eastern Time, so just over an hour away here in the UK. I will update this with the picks as soon as their announced. It will be hilariously unfortunate if Carlito was to log onto WWE.com only to find out that he was drafted to ECW, as he said that if that was the case, he would walk.
