My twink rogue, just got 62 and made these beauties. 95 Agility on those with subtelty bonuses.
The name is pronounced N-P-H as in Neil Patrick Harris.

I can agree about taking the piss out of level 60-80s or so who make horrible gear choices and stupid decisions, but at those levels when you're first starting out, the game really is a mystery. I remember first starting out, knowing nothing about durability and just walking around with full red gear for ages, as well as ressing at spirit healer cos I thought it was quicker.
