ERROR: When the doctor and amy leave the TARDIS they go out of the door but when they're out they are to the side of it. And then he salutes?

Hmm, if River escaped from prison and the doc and amy actually see the crack next episode then maybe she belongs to that prison?
Very interesting episode. I wonder why they are killing the people by breaking their necks though instead of sending them back.
