Charlie was meant to die. I've said this before too. If Charlie didn't die, then Claire and Aaron wouldn't be saved. This is correct 'cause when Desmond and co when running off into the jungle to find Penny, well, Naomi. Desmond saw that Charlie died then Penny was the person, but Charlie didn't die and it was Naomi.

Oh & I also was angry about Charlie, not because of the door because it wouldn't lock from the outside, but he could've easily fit through that broken window.. but then I suppose he was going to die so he thought he should die saving Claire and the others in a heroic way?

When I first saw Jack I thought it was Jacob because he had the same beard shape I believe.

I thought that desmond hadnt actually seen penny in his flash just the picture of him and penny so he assumed that it must of been her because only the two of them had that picture. So technically as long as charlie turned the switch, him not dying wouldnt have neccesarily meant that they wouldnt get rescused. If not they still could of given him a better exit than that. At least one that didnt have as many flaws in it.

yeah but if jack was to kill sawyer then kate would omg no wonder she could hate him in the flashforward so tbh no really man for kate and they said one will win. So if he shoots sawyer then dude... i love sawyer ***** and they shouldnt do that.
the only way possible for sawyer to die is if he sacrifices himself for her, but then kate still hates jack so tbh i think she chooses sawyer not becus im a dkate fan but the theory is like lol.

Lost seems to be turning into something very very unrealistic. I didnt mind the island being hidden and stuff but the fact that you have flash forwards and also have someone seeing how people die, is just annoying in my opinion.

if lost was to get realllly boring i'd still watch tbh because i want to see what happens to them and what happens.
Like if dh was to get boring i wouldnt watch but lost is sort of something i want to see like every episode of.

i was annoyed at the flashforward it just seemed pointless cause say if jack and someone was to have like a a fight and one dies you'd know he lives, the same for kate.
and it was reallya waste of time.
i didnt also like thefact of knowing charlie dies cause i was getting like anxious every episode cause i love charlies character and when he said 'no matter what im going to do your gonna die charlie' i'd prefer iot just happen so i wouldnt know lol.

charlie was only chasracter that was normal and didnt say the island wants me to do this or he wasnt like so big-headed.

There are polar bears, smoke monsters, DHARMA Sharks, a magnetic polarity that smashed a plane by 3? Desmond getting flashes, The island's healing powers, Jacob, may I go on to show you how long its been unrealistic?


Also, ally: Have you've seen Charlie in season 1 and 2? You know trying to drown a baby and a heroin addiction and all.

These flashforwards have taken away the unpredictability. Like now we know that kate and jack definately get off the island. Unless they have made them knowing that they may be liable to change but that would be just stupid.
In regards to Lost being unrealistic well i dont know i suppose when it ends and we know what it actually is then we can look back and say well that bit was soo unlikely to happen in that situation etc. But until then these "unrealistic" happenings just leave us with more and more questions.

#1 Lost is built on unrealism and it always has.
#2 They needed something that will impact viewers enough to keep them interested until the new season
#3 It wasn't all that bad, people assume flashbacks/flashforwards are peoples memories but they're just information given to the viewer. There is no "current" time in this world - it's all a story.

People need to stop looking for some philosophical revelation regarding the show. The show isn't built on that, it's built on character growth and character transformation.
