Simply, no. Sulake have no real backing to 'sue' anyone. Virgin couldn't sue easyJet just because they have the same planes and maybe fly to the same destination, could they? Same principle applies.. Also, if Sulake were to sue Club Tropica for similarities, they would also have to sue nearly every other social community website that they could find as they all have similarities.Can sulake sue for like all the similarities?
