No, not for the quests, they were there before the maintenance, i only noticed them just as the hotel was going down
Edit: This may be off-topic but any1 got a gold dragon so i can doubleclick when the hotel is back up, its one of the quests >.<

I swear i saw the quests icon before the maintenance and i STILL got it. However after asking around those that never started them before the maintenance did not keep the icon, so they did remove it, but itll be back

I think it's for the new friends bar. also it's not for the quests... the quests are for only fairly new people
