A good vista theme/ package doesnt need any extra programs running at the same time. Search on google for Vista Transformation pack, it's good and i'm using it now

I dont use a vista theme,I use vista, If you want me to get you a Vista theme, Pm me and i will send you a download Link (you need SP2 for it to work)

Why not just give them a link to Deviant Art or Neowin. They have a section almost totally to Windows Themes which are mainly vista based. I'm guessing your a BETA tester who uses BETA2, Pre-RC1 and onwards because they're public builds. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
