Well mainly people agree with me. After telling them how Flintoff always thinks he is better than everyone else and is a obvious show off and loves himself, they can now see what I meant and agree with me. You can clearly tell by his celebrations that he is an idiot. The guy has no respect for his team, otherwise he wont be drunk before matches :\ Say sorry. And then do it again. He doesn't know what sorry means. Its a shame IPL teams will carry on paying a lot of money for someone who is useless.

Yes, he won the match for them, not why I hate him. It's because of his wicket celebrations. It shows of a overrated fool who's cocky and so on.....

There's about 4 threads just for this ****, even his own user (FLINTOFF = IDIOT?). Although he bowled really really well last test, I agree he is over rated, and his celebrations are ****y. Not to mention he is an alcoholic.

The majority in this forum who have posted in this thread so far admire Flintoff, it's only you that dislikes him.

Well I do agree with TheWolf here that is hardly many others and the quotes have no names? Quite honestly none of us know what Flintoff is really like only what we have read in the media and quite honestly what have personalities got to do with it ? Hardly a useless cricketer as well - he has been a great servant to the game. The same could be said of Ian Botham who was one of the greatest around at the the time. Just because they play sport doesn't mean they have to be angels - they are employed for their skills and you can hardly query his stats

Most people in this thread admire flintoff? I am not sure why you keep focussing on personalities. It doesn't actually have much to do with The Ashes. I think people are more interested in the games than in what he does so my vote is to get back the the Ashes Series.

Okay, if Flintoff is cocky, so is Dhoni, and Yuvraj, they're the most cockiest players in world cricket, if you think Flintoff is cocky, then look in your own team, it's a team full of big headed idiots.

Quite frankly you just concentrate on his personality just to take the shine off how good he actually is as a player, this gives me the impression that you are jealous that Flintoff isn't Indian.

Cricket players aren't all angels, you know, Indian cricket is different to Australian and English cricket, different styles and different cultures, heard about Andrew Symonds? have we? he made mistakes, a fair bit more than Flintoff, and he paid for it, but not all cricket players are angles, they have to have a life besides cricket to, and if it's rowing a boat in the middle of the night pissed out of his brains then so be it? it's only his life at the end of the day and he can do what he likes with it, and why should you or anyone judge him because of what you see on TV?

Btw, you said earlier that when you explain your opinions on Flintoff, then people mainly agree with you? but you just admitted you google searched it, so in other words your were lying about it? great proof mate, great proof, anything and everything comes up on google searches, just like this:

I agree on this one - I have no idea why TheWolf would think you were jealous that Flintoff isn't indian. I think you do have enough talented players in the indian team. Now can we get back to the Ashes please, Guys?
