I couldn't take them seriously because of the acting. L's shock and him falling off his chair was so fake and the guy who played Light is so wooden. He is the same guy who played Kaiji in the live action Kaiji movie recently as well. Another crappy adaptation and another bad performance.

Also, it seems you have made it into the Frogger tournament with me Ryuzaki. Let the showdown begin!

yea the chair bit was a bit crap.

And i made it into Frogger, Space Invaders and Pac Man. i only care about Pacman but my 1st game was dreadful.

I got to the final in the Pacman tournament but got eliminated by some guy who go 34,000. Just beat my old score on Frogger though, ranked 4th now. This ones in the bag!

Also, I just downloaded Dragon Quest IX. It looks pretty good but I've never actually played it. Anyone else got it? Also, any patches out for Pokemon HG/SS yet?

£85 is a bit much even for a long series.

£170 cos its 2 boxsets. but i want ippo on dvd.was Hoping funimation would do what they done with other series from companys re-release them but nothing

Well I don't think Ippo is particularly well known. Even in Japan it underperformed. I'd never spend that much on a series but it's up to you.
