The rare values department works on the principle of:
RVR >
RVR > HRVR >

RVR's post their values in threads identical to those in the 'report your rare values' threads that can be publically seen. The HRVR's are supposed to both check through the RVR's reports, highlighting any key trends (over/under-valuing), and then PM a huge list to the manager, including values of their own, and values posted by the RVRs (a mixture of both, i used to do 70/30, but i didnt have confidence in some of the RVRs, ideally itd be 50/50).
Then, it is at the disgression of immenseman to use both the RVR reports, the HRVR reports, and his own understanding of rares to update the rares.. The RV Department comes under alot of scrutiny, and really, its quite outdated.
Its a ton of work for immenseman, and I have huge respect for him,
because most of the time i really couldnt be bothered when i was CA manager (but i did it anyway!!!!!!!).. a manager does most of the work, by tapping in the value updates in a 'rare values script' that is basically text boxes, its both outdated and impractical.. with alot of mis-handling of values happening (through no fault of the manager.. the script just doesnt handle data properly).
Do not complain about RVR, HRVR or managers... They simply do as their job titles entail, if you wish to blame anybody, blame habbox management for refusing managers and past staff the chance to improve upon, update or modify the way habbox represents values, or at least the way it changes them (as seen in the way they totally wiped their rear ends on -:Undertaker:- who is imo the the 2nd best rares manager habbox UK has ever had, after Mit [OBV!!!!!!])

an unofficial fansite for a good reason.
unliked for a lot of good reasons.
popular for all the wrong reasons.
probably going to get more popular.
(not supposed to, but probably does) control the general rare values of habbo.
(not supposed to, but definately does) influence people in their decisions on habbo.
For those of us who would like an actual honest fansite practically controlling clubtropica, please do us a favour and stick to habbo. Otherwise, callie may eat you.
