Lol, was sposed to be revising for a physics mock I have tomorrow but in the end I just gave up and watch the film I actually thought it was really good, like, proper good. I thought memories of nobody was 'ok' but it wasn't my favourite, this however was great. It focused on the characters at hand and their wasn't many people put in just for the sake of it if you get me, well obvs some were, but for the most part they didn't talk.
I thought it was great when they were ontop of Kusaka's castle in Sereiti and everyone was just giving it their all. I loved Rukia in action and Ikkaku aswell, not to forget Zaraki - he was vGood for the short times he was in it - and Ayesegawa, wish he would have used his true Shikai but meh. Loved Shunsui and the comment Kusaka made about him - the sharpest mind's eye which contradicts his appearance completely.
It was well put together aswell, considering that it's been out for a while and this is the first we are seeing of it, there were very few plot holes at all, the only one I picked up on was that it was after the Arrancar arc (proof = Ishida's Sparrow bow) yet Chad attacked with his Defense arm, tut tut.
Still I thought it was a great film, 2 hours of pure Bleach.

The best part was Kusaka's transformation. As soon as he'd transformed Zaraki was already there fighting him. That was so awesome, I've never seen Zaraki move to fast. Oh and when they're all about to attack Toshiro and Kusaka but then Ichigo interrupts. Byakuyas expression was like "What? Ichigo again, for **** sake! Piss off!" I loved Rukia in action as well. I wish Ayasegawa would do more though, we still haven't seen his full potential.

The long awaited second movie, The Diamond Dust Rebellion, was released a few days ago. A lot of high hopes for this movie, so theres some good Bleach to watch instead of the crappy fillers. You can watch it on Veoh.com.

Just gonna get me some food and watch it now. ^_^

Anyway, @ Axel - It was obvious (to me anyway) that he was going to be a baddie. He's a filler character and if my theory of the fillers occuring before the Hueco Mundo arc, then it fits perfectly because if they're going to introduce this made up character into a position as big as a Gotei 13 Team Captain or whatever, he's going to need to be removed before the fillers end. I had predicted that this would happen beforehand but I'm still not sure what place in time this occurs but I think it's before.

I don't download anime anymore, I watch all my stuff on veoh. I was going to download the torrent off dattebayo, but I didn't feel like waiting 1 day and 6 hours. Dattebayo aren't the makers by the way, they're just fansubbers.

Well when two people who have seen the movie take part in a discussion theres obviously going to be fillers!

But we still haven't seen his potential. Ikkaku is stronger than Ayasegawa, so it's not like he's the second Zaraki or anything.

Ye he's stronger BY RANK. But really the ranks are obvs crap cause we know that Ikkaku is captain-capable yet he's denying reponsibility... and what we've seen of Ayasegawa is, as you say, not his potential. If his shikai can drain an opponents reiatsu to the point where he wins there and then, why should his bankai, should he achieve it, not be enough to defeat Ikkaku without a second glance :rolleyes:

Toshirou was against Kira&Shunsei

in the forest. It really showed his potential cause up to that point his fights had been pretty boring, like, over in a second type thing without him getting really into it (obvs with exception of Mr.T ) so I enjoyed that part.
