It was approaching two weeks without a single post until I posted the other day, this thread will most certainly die eventually!

Anyway, just finished watching Tokyo Godfathers. First anime I have watched in about two months! My third time seeing the movie and it was as good as ever. A perfect film to finish Christmas Day with.

Also, raws for the Gintama movie are out and it has already been subbed in Spanish. Expect English subs within the next week or two! Torrents will be up on nyaatorrents and tokyotosho.

Anyway, I finished watching Great Teacher Onizuka. Really enjoyed it. Also finished One Outs!
Going to rewatch Naruto, from the start. I dont know why. When I originally watched it I was 15. I want to grasp the story a bit more. I'm confused watching Shippuuden at the moment.

The final work of a genius... sends shivers down my spine. Still not over Satoshi Kon's death, don't think I ever will be. Time for my annual viewing of Tokyo Godfathers and The Snowman tomorrow though (well technically today), quite possibly two of the best animated films ever made. Gonna be gooooood.

Also, a very Merry Christmas to the members of the anime section. It probably won't survive the new year for very long, but all know it has been great talking about anime and manga with you guys over the years. Farewell my lovelies and godspeed. Oh and a jolly New Year to you all as well and to all a good night.

Firstly, if you told me to shut up because of what I said concerning Satoshi Kon then seriously GO DIE! Satoshi Kon was one of the greatest minds to have ever blessed the anime and film industries and even with a catalogue of only four films before his tragic death, he will still never, ever, ever be surpassed.

Second, if you told me to shut up because I wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a jolly New Year and expressed my gratitude in speaking to you all over the years then serious GO DIE!

Actually having a hard time deciding what I like best - Gintama or Avatar: The Last Airbender. They're so different that they're really hard to compare. I will say that Gintama is more consistently good though. The first season of Avatar is nothing compared to the third season, but then the third season is like indescribably awesome.
