I would give myself a Permanant Habbo Staff badge and then hand it back to sulake.

I Would Oviously Sack all de stupid hobbas and instead of one of the swimming pool have an ice rink instead, have new clothing, new pets and make credits cheaper

Emm.. Well i'd V.i.p Ban the person that hacked me and get all my furni back. Then i'd make me the only Hobba in the hotel then i'll make modifcations to guest rooms. Like someone has already said and make it like your a Hobba in your own room. Then i'd make some new cloths. (New shoes this time aye)

I would try and improve the moderator + hobba system so that it works more effectivley and hire some new hobbas

I would:

Shut the hotel down for 2 weeks while I contact Sulake Techies to play with scripting tools to change Habbo and make it more safer.

Get rid of all the badges and then give them out to people who deserve them:

- People who have been on Habbo since the beginning (with the first early account).
- People who are actually important get VIP badges.
- Halloween Badge will be given to people who are King and Queen, no one else.
- Habbohood Happenings will be nearly 75% written by Habbos, anyone at all. No more FamrerJile rubbish that can easily be written by anyone with experience.
- Get rid of all Official Fansites and then re-add the ones which actually are good. Bobbanet and Habburgers will be removed, thery cheated their way in (unless they were hidden in the voting poll "/).
- The Bobba filter can be turned on and off again. Most words will be un-bobba'd.
- Hire more Hobbas and Moderators, perhaps this will lead to emails being un-bobba'd?

Some good ideas I think that shutting the hotel down for a while and letting the technical guys get on with fixing the hotel would be a very good idea.
