NotePad is one of the most powerful tools. FP and DW are ok if your not comfortable with html & php etc, but Nets, can you tell me how to code in NotePad. Do you need to cut the images seperatly?

I disagree Notepad is what most experts use because it's raw coding which is much better... FP is turd, DW is okish if your a bit of a newbie.

    On layout terms:

Lmao, I cant even conseve of a worse program for html than front page, it is quite possibly the crapist and most useless html codeing applicatioon in existance.
Dreamwever is just like notepad but wich active previews, code highling and a wysiwyg editor on top.
Notepad is just the text and is all you need to make a layout, and i do mean all, as you dont even use images.

Can someone listen to me. I no how to code my layout, but do you slice your image mauually and save them all speraratly? Do you slice them in a grid formation? Do you use ILayers? [I hope not] What do you do to your images in teh first place, thats what I meant. and whats the difference in the result?

Ok, I'll post a site I've made which uses sliced images and tables as an example of what I would do.
