    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reasons for it being closed down...

-Children become tired, I heard about some people staying up 'till midnight to see a roller!

-Children become overweight due to being on the PC for long periods of time.

-Children waste their money on credits.

-Some become so addicted they are heartbroken when scammed/hacked/scripted.

-Children stop concentrating at school, they miss out on homework to use habbo. (I have hard about this happening).
Seriously, it is their problem if they become addicted you don't need to be addicted you can easily become un-addicted. If people says "omg, I'm addicted to Habbo" it's their fault for staying on it for too long, and btw, if they stay up 'til midnight it's their problem they wanted to see it, I mean it's not a bad thing be addicted either and it's certainly not a problem staying up 'til midnight either, if you didn't then it's not your fault it's just that um, yeahh. I think it's 'cause they wanted to buy it. (Sorry if this made no sense but I was typing it quickly)

If it said jump of a bridge would you do it?
It's the same thing just a bit more drastic, so yeah if they say something will be released at 12 then you can stay up or not stay up, it's YOUR choice.
Only because habbo says do this, doesn't mean you do it.
jesus christ, that's a pretty face.

Well all i can say is it's not habbo's fault.

Users are responcable for there actions and if they havn't got any will power to get off the computer and explore the outside world then thats THEIR fault

It's down to yourselfs to rip yourself off.

Sure! habbo's addictive but everyone has will power in them. They just need to use it and stick to it, If they fail well there will power isn't strong

Reasons for it being closed down...

-Children become tired, I heard about some people staying up 'till midnight to see a roller! - User's didn't HAVE to stay up there for: OWN ACTIONS, Not habbo's

-Children become overweight due to being on the PC for long periods of time. - Well OWN ACTIONS there again

-Children waste their money on credits. - OWN ACTIONS, They don't have to buy credits. OWN ACTIONS, It's not VITAL like other virtual hangouts.

-Some become so addicted they are heartbroken when scammed/hacked/scripted. - OWN ACTIONS, YOU! are responceable for you're own furni & account

-Children stop concentrating at school, they miss out on homework to use habbo. (I have hard about this happening). - OWN ACTIONS, If they start using their will power they wouldn't be in that state.

Habbo used to be my number 1 priority it really did. Over college work, playing sport and everything else. It used to be more than a game which was just stupid. I took a break a while ago and although i still play a fair bit i treat it as a game now and i only play it when i have nothing beter to do. People MUST remember it is just a GAME and it should be your last priority over things that happen in real life. Basically unless you have nothing better to do THEN go on it with your spare hours but DO NOT go on it when you should be doing other things e.g. getting a good sleep, playing sport, doing homework or whatever. Thank you and good night ;']

I'm not dumb, I know it's your choice, but what's to stop them from going on habbo, most people who have had an addiction might admit they didn't realise they were spending too much time on it at the time, I didn't.
You could say it is habbo hotels fault for creating it.

I'm joking, but anyway if you think about it habbo hotel don't give a flying pig about their users addictions to the site, they don't make any effort to advise people to spend a limited time on it, they don't stop users from spending 12 hours or more each day on it, they just want the money and popularity at the end of the day.

Yea, it is their choice after all. So no it shouldnt get closed down because some people have issues. Its not the hotel's fault. And its perfectly understandable why they dont stop people from spending all their time on it and buying alot of creds. They obviously want the money and they thrive on people who cant control themselves, so why say "No, control yourself." They lose money. They lose people. They lose period.

Bottom line- They're not gonna stop you from it and they're not gonna close down because they are "too successful," so either you stop yourself, or waste away.

    kthx,

How people try to control and become rich in this game is pretty stupid too.

if habbo shut down little kids would cry think of the children !
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.

Reasons against it being closed down...

-People who have few friends can socialise via habbo hotel.

-For depressed children they can find it comforting, and get advice from internet pals.

    -It is fun?

Well I Agree With You Because Firstly It Is Kinda Bad For You And Second I Think the Hotel Should Be Closed Like atleast from 10pm etc. its a bit stupid keeping it open all day 24/7 because People would bassicly just play till they blind themselfs
