Nah that is one on my friends old rooms.
It was done months ago.
And no it is not possible to script unreleased posters anymore but the ones that were made when it was possible stay as they are.

He Could Have Done This Before Scripting Was Patched And Because He Locked The Room No-one Knew About It. Please Correct Me If I Am Wrong.
