Scott did nothing okay? the moderators took decisions not Scott but every member is allowed to report problems you can't stop him. Read the rules- if you'd follow them Scott couldn't report you and get you cautioned now could he?

That's a way of reporting problems but it's faster then clicking report button and waiting for a mod to take care of
