Yeah, I did that quest, I also ran unicef as I was trick or treating with the children on runescape.

But you can loose whistle dueling

I set about 1M aside to duel with, then stake about 100-500k each time until I've got 2m+. Then, I'll only stake the money I've made from dueling. If I get back down to 1m I lower my stakes. Then, next time I go dueling I only take 1M again.
