The first time I saw, I was like... OMG... Lol. I didnt see it comming. My brother said it isnt a scary movie before I saw, he was right, it isnt supposed to be scary, just supposed to make you think. And the acting was pretty bad in the first, but the writting was so good, I didnt even really pay attention to that.

Can I just ask how on earth is it 'impossible' to predict an ending to a pretty much average movie?

The ending for me anyway, was lazy. It seems the director ran out of ideas and thought of bringing the 'dead' guy to life.

Are we talking about the second one? Because I saw that ending coming...and I did think it was just a cheap way out, and a blatant sequel opportunity.

*DONT READ IF YOU HAVENT SEEN IT YET*
Okay, it wasent impossible, but how did you know that would happen? It just doesnt see how you would know he would come back up, there were no clues to that happening at all. Like I knew the clue "You can see better with your eyes closed" meant to turn off the lights, but didnt see the ending coming. And the director didnt even write itanyway. And what other way would be a good ending? I dont mean to argue or anything.
I just found it to be clever that the whole time, the game they were playing was within a game.

The 2nd wasent as good of an ending, and definatly means it might be a ****** 3rd movie, but still good.
