Chav = Council Housed and Violent.

Basically it's a culture in the UK, where people go around starting on people, drink cider and are generally poor and where fake clothes.

Don't confuse these with townies. Townies may dress like chavs but they act completely different.

I'd say i'm Townee, not chav. Does Chav really stand for what you said?
