Dude 28 mil is less than Full Dragon

Chain - 24mil
Legs - 2.6mil
SQ - 4mil
Med - 1.1mil

= 31.7Mil.. And you would have -3.7mil To Spend on Stats =)

chain = 24.5m
legs = 2.6m
SQ = 3.5m
Med = 950k
Full = 31.5 or around that
