tell lilly to ask her friend when she goes shopping if she's had any thoughts about being les/bi, and before you ask her the question say : "okay, i'm gonna ask you a question. even if you say yes i'll still be your friend." then ask her if she had/has any thoughs about being les/bi.. if she says yes, tell her you are too then yeah things will go from there. :]
