Dear Habbo Ltd,
I would like to say how disgusted I am at the service provided by Habbo Hotel. The communications are terrible. For about six months now, I have been trying to contact Habbo to get my password sent to me. I have tried and tried with the password tool, yet still recieved nothing. I used to enjoy playing Habbo, as it was fun, and I could contact my friends whilst building a room of my own, but now I see it as a waste of money. What is the point in putting all that money into my account when in the end the customer service is terrible?
I am sad to say that I no longer care for Habbo Hotel. Perhaps I could have stayed if you provided better customer service.
Thank You,
Adam [......]

We should send them useless garden objects. If they had a freepost address I would send them a paving slab.
And, I couldn't care less about Habbo. I just want it back so I can sell it. (not on eBay)

Paving Slabs, Fresh, Hard Paving Slabs! Got 'em here folks! Also, just in from the U.K, Garden Gnomes! Buy them, then watch them fly!
Habbo hotel has turned into favouritism over the last couple of months its unbelieable! I renember the good old days when i first joined , You got respected for who you where and not what you have. Anyway , Nice letter mate and good luck
I will also be sending a letter like this. I am appauled by the so-called "customer services" Habbo have been providing lately. Even if they just sent people short replies saying "sorry there is nothing that can be done about this issue" it would be better than being ignored completely. Even my aunt got ignored when she wrote to complain about the standards of moderation. Perhaps a petition along the lines of that letter would have some impact? I'm sure a lot of people would sign, as I know many people are unsatisfied with the level of customer service provided by Habbo.
pretty short for a letter, kind of lacks proper argumentive thingys
PS: send them a garden gnome, garden gnomes knock £10,000 of your house price.
