Do you eat breakfast in the morning?

Although I have a love for cheese, I dont eat it for breakfast BUT I do when I come home. Anyways, Yeah I dont eat Breakfast in the morning. I realized some things when i started to skip breakfast. I started to get headaches, my stomach grumbled a lot, you feel nausea, AND You lose energy and sometimes even weight

I never eat breakfast. I usually have a bacon sandwich or cooked breakfast at about 11 thou so i guess thats brunch 3
