Sinze I met her I've been trying to win her. But shes going out with my best friend, Callum. And I get upset how she loves him and almost always ignores me when us three are talking. I'm also going through these tates of depression but this si the worse. I ruined out relation ship a few days ago and it broke my heart. We call and text each other regulary but that still doesn't make me feel any happier. So if you have ideas on how to make me self happier please post.
(Oh, and, don't give me any silly net games I've tried them all, just make it worse.)
Thanks, Andie.
PS - If you haven't figured, I'm emo..
distractions are always good.
Aww yeah..
Depressions probably something that everyone goes through..
I was depresssed last year for a few months.
Trust me.. it passes.. you just have to keep hanging in there..
Don't do anything stupid..
I know not getting a girl might be the end of the world, but theres plenty more hot fish in the sea..hehe.
Some things you just have to just accept and move on
And don't spend all the time on the computer. It just leaves you getting more upset and frustrated..
Hope you're okxx

Everywhere I go, theres something that I really need
Everyone I know, is someone that I wanna be
Even though, I don't really know me
Just another day, every single word I say..fades out

For a start, don't complain about it. It's annoying when you hear some kid complaining about some stupid situation like that. Life is tough. Learn to deal with it.
I may sound harsh, but how can you get anything done if you're sulking around the whole time?
I'm sorry you're feeling this way...
There are two types of depressed people.. those who are in a depressed mood, and those who have clinical depression. Both can affect you badly, but if you think you have a medical problem then I suggest you visit your doctor. They can refer you to a psychiatrist or give you anti-depressants. Anti-depressants should really be a last option as they have long term side effects and it may be more suitable to get better with cognitive therapy [where they show you how to help yourself].
People may say it's just a teen thing. Maybe for you it is just a part of growing up but if you think it's more than that it is important that you get help. Also try speaking to your family, let people know how you are feeling, although nobody will ever understand how you feel, as you are unique. There are the short term things that make us feel better, like maybe curling up on the sofa with a good film. In the long term maybe you may need more than that. Try to set goals, make things to look forward to.
Winter is well known as the gloomiest season where lots of people feel generally down. If you think you have clinical depression, there are also physical symptoms for some people, including that you may have trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, loss of interest in things you used to love doing. Target things that may have triggered you to feel that way too.
I personally thought I had depression.. but then I was diagnosed with Anxiety. Part of me thinks they only told me I have Anxiety, that as some idea that when told you don't have depression by someone of authority, you will start acting like you don't have depression. It doesn't quite work like that. It's a long road to recovery, I know from experience. I'm gonna be honest with you, there is no magical solution. However you will get better within time. One of my worst days was yesterday.. it involved violence against me from a member of my family because I'm ill. You don't punish people for being ill right? I can't see myself forgiving them anytime soon - I cried for over 8 hours and didn't sleep. Only one thing made me feel better... the friend who was there for me.
You really should confide in someone who cares about you, and have a long chat. Maybe all it takes is for them to listen to you. Well done for speaking out about it, it could be the first step to being better. You really aren't alone, I promise you. The one thing I can say to you is have faith in yourself. You CAN learn to be strong! No matter whether you're emo, mosher, chav, goth, trendy or whatever - everybody deserves to be happy.
I'm defying gravity.♪
