VIP Badge override...Habbo's mistake costs many reindeer's badges!

re101, it's fair generally, because those who didn't enter didn't get VIP badges taken. The point he is trying to get across is that those who did get their VIP badges taken got their other ones taken aswell, such as reindeer, Halloween, etc.

I don't know which of the people who had a VIP badge removed also has a Halloween badge... but if they did, yes, it would be removed also. ALL custom badges were taken from the offending Habbos, unless there were mitigating circumstances. Anyway, night.

I told you before, you're the only one who seems to go on about it. I know LewstherinII, yes I admit it! We have discussed this, but would you say, give up a Habbo account with a few Rares on it just to start again because someone thinks I am the real person?
I USED to be a newbie that liked LewstherinII, and he accepts that. Why can't you?
I am sorry for involving other habbox viewers about this, but every time I try to post some good news, it seems Barmi likes to bring up a fairly non-existant issue, and Barmi, I am sorry I have to defend myself in public.

The issue with this is that yes, the reindeer + elves went in, I'm not sure if they knew that habbo had told them NOT to, but taking away badges such as Habboween and VIP, AND reindeer or elf badges, was wrong. Perhaps a two hour ban or a kick and an alert would be sufficiant.

Barmi, you bring up some good and quality postings there, and are one of the few on my side on this issue.
Thanks for that; but all other viewers please leave feedback on this. It's just one of the many mistakes Habbo has slipped up on, and it isn't liek giving guns out to babies, as an earlier poster would have us think.
First of all, not only did the people who got ALL their badges taken earned each and every one of them, whether it was being a resposible member of Habbo or auditioning and getting through by talent and punctuation skill, or winning competitions no one I repeat: NO ONE has the right to take them all due to an unclear incident that Habbo decided was wrong AFTER it happened. They had given VIP badges out without a word; and then took ALL badges back. Like I said, 2 hour ban and an alert, confiscation of the VIP badge, perhaps, but not when the Habbo, according to Habbo Hotel, has earned the right to wear that badge for the rest of that account's days.
As for the reindeer or elf badge loss, it was going soon anyway, but again, they earned the right to wear that badge for as long as everyone else, too. It's the principal of the matter.
Habbo says it punishes people for breaking the Way. Where in the Habbo Way does it say that you can't use a VIP badge given by Habbo to enter a room not formally forbidden BEFORE many VIPs were debadged hm?

I was a reindeer and i didnt enter the room However i did have a VIP badge at the time, when we were given Reindeer badges we couldn't get into full rooms, Both my reindeer and VIP badges were removed for no reason atall i didnt enter the New hobba room. I have emailed and messaged for info About the Reindeer Bagde but yes they do ignore.

Then comes the fact that it said "Hobbas and Ex Hobbas only". Unless you are proving your ignorance then I suggest you answer why these idiots went in when it says not to. They do not need a warning before hand, how would they do it anyway? A Hotel Alert would be pointless, some VIPs won't be online! If the room didn't have that description, this would be a whole bigger story, but it isn't. Some idiot who is to blame, who is a baby with a gun, who is also blind, descided to enter a room, when it clearly says not to.

There was also a warning sent globally to the hotel, a few minutes before they were removed. That even proves that they shouldn't of got in. So maybe there was a few more babies with a gun?

I know for a fact that Fadingaway, NEVER entered the room. Causmo entered the room by mistake not knowing that he had a VIP badge. He must have recieved it that day, without knowing.

For the record, it wasn't just reindeers who lost their VIP badge.

HARSH! Halloween & Xmas badges are an achievement, you cant remove those! God, if i where hotel manager, i would just kick them from the room they entered, not freekin remove their badges.

Exactly right, guys. I've been thinking about this too. I'd heard Fadingaway and Antony, the two reindeers I mentioned in the first post, had lost their badges for no reason.

The other reindeer and elves who went in have SOME blame, though Habbo is mostly responsible, GommeInc, get over the babies with guns because this is a different thing! This is not like a Hobba badge how we ban people with these badges - therfore rerference to guns are pointless. In fact, some power-hungry Hobbas have done far worse! Why do you think they become Hobbas? Habbo may go on about their great volunteers, doing work for nothing, but perhaps some do it because they have a power problem (Not All, but then again, not all reindeer went in the room). Not only did Habbo slip up and take ALL the badges of the Habbos that entered, but they removed two or more perfectly innocent Habbos' badges without reason. Again, when they slip up, they usually ignore people. These badges were earnt and I'd say you, Gomme, have never had one. If you look at the other posts, you'll find a hell of a lot more reasoning that you have.

You say:
A) The description had HOBBAS AND EX-HOBBAS ONLY. Regardless of the fact a few VIPs tried to get in for a bit of fun - note - not maliciously or for power - shows that HABBO gave them the rights to do it. What if a reindeer accidentally clicked it, as well?

B) "They knew about it through an alert they shouldn't have gone in" If the Habbos weren't online when the alert was given, Habbo didn't officially say to them 'this isn't allowed.'

C) Babies with guns? This has nothing to do with killing/banning other people. Your reference with guns SHOULD be to the VIPs hurting/demoting other people in some way, if your metaphor is correct. This hasn't happened. The Way has not been broken. And because of Habbo's error, which could have been rectified with a kick and a message, or even a small ban, now many VIPs lost not just their VIP badges, but others as well. Is this fair?
