Maybe because Scott is actually a good person sometimes, you can't rate him on his personality, and btw did you know that the percentage of personality you gave him isn't a number, you have little personality yourself so I donno what you are complaining about, and you need to stop being a sheep and liking and hating the same people as everyone else does, Juleh, Mohwar and you are all basically the same, you hate and like who Kyle, Dan and Ezzie like and hate, if you actually used your brains and got to know the person you "hate" maybe you wont be such idiots anymore, I know people hate Psy for reasons but it don't mean people who know nothing about him need to aswell just to be part of the group.
