Im sick and tired of noobish hosting sites offering hosting and then when you ask them about shell scripting or any other techincal question like: "what is an echo in php" They frezze and say i don't know. Please If your going to rn a decent reseller, just please take time to sit and read the php manual and cpanel and whm manual.
