Maybe a new hotel, but they wouldnt be able to kick off all habbos. The reason being:

People have PAID money for the service, and if they cancel the service, they will need to REFUND you of all that you purchased and all of the furni that you own. (It is LAW in most countries)

But they wouldn't have too re-fund you as in the terms and conditions it says.
