However Becs is rude on her e-mails. Her e-mails to me when hakers got my number from HK were very rude.
For a woman who is working for a multi-million pound company she doesn't seem very proffesional.

Maybe because she has so many emails to get through and gets fed up of reading ones along the same lines all the time.
