Firstly, I would warn him about what he is proposing to do, and than i would close and delete the post from the forum.

Come on people, I still need articles staff!,
There are 3 different articles jobs,

• Room Reviews
• Website Reviews
• Interviews

Someone must want to have a go at that . Maybe just do a sample of the job you want to apply for (Interviews it dosnt have to be real for the sample). Need about 3 for each or you can do more than one if you wish .

I would close/delete the posts they have done pm the user telling them what they have done show them the forum rules so they understand what rule they have broken and I would tell a more higher staff member and then ask permission to ban .
