Fact, not rumor. I don't start rumors, I am always upfront.

I understand what your saying Kotu, but its the general public's decision, and there are alot of current and previous official fan site owners on there who I won't name but I am sure you know and others know who they are, who have been banned and up to alot of no good.

I just find that my experiances with Sulake was worth bringing to everyones attention, not to try and win a battle as sulake hold the cards at the end of the day.

You are not the only owner, yet you own the site, and you say community managers are owners in some respects? Define some respects? Do they pay for the hosting? Do you pay for the hosting?
Community Managers own the site as they do the day today work and do the websites management. All I do is develop and host the site, that is why I have not got the title Community Manager/Owner just Owner because I do not deal with the general site activities.

Hope that clears up any confusion.

It's fact, because you're upfront? That makes no sense.
Do you have any proof, besides "Oh my friend said..."?

I would imagine the reason for declining you based on ban history depends on how serious the bans were. A lot of current fansite owners are very behaved, and respectable members of the community.

The proof is that Callie said the site was made inelligible even though it did reach the top 20 ('Cause she didn't exactly need to investigate the site if it didn't reach the top 20!) and what was stated in the emails I summarized and placed in the report.

Reminds me when Justine said to me that she didn't change my mission on habbo to "Fool. " She said "It was like that when I last checked it... I have much better things to do than to change missions".

And I said its fact, I'm a very upfront person and wouldn't go making stuff up.

If you host it, you are the owner. You pay for it to be on the interwebs, that doesn't mean the old Jack is the owner.

Also, I'm still not buying many of the things you have posted. If you had such emails, why not post a picture and blank the addresses?
And for security reasons emails can't be posted? Most of the staff have company addys that they use for community emails anyway.

Because callie sent me an email threatening "further action" if I publish the emails. I guess she doesn't want to expose herself.

PS.. Who pays the bill doesn't decide who owns a site. I could easily leave today and the other two would take control, they'll just have to take on my share or find someone else.

In effect, she wouldn't be exposing herself.

EDIT: Yes it does count for ownership.
You said in the email that you are the owner. saying that the Community managers of your site are owners in 'certain respects' counts for nothing.

I could say that a cousin was a sister in a certain respect because she has family ties, but it doesn't change the facts. The same applies here.
