Rather than referring to them as "super rare" pillows, try "unreleased" pillows. They are not exactly super rare, as it is a tag given to high sought after rares, where there are not enough to meet demand, or because there are so few, they have a ludicrously high value. The point I am getting to is that these are TRADED. As long as Evolution is the only non-staff member to have them, and doesn't plan on trading them, then they are still not super rares as far as the "Habboconomy" is concerned. They are just unreleased. And fairness isn't really an issue, because he doesn't have lots of them, so he only has them for the "show-off" factor. He can't make rooms out of them following a set colour scheme. They are simply a gift, and there's not much wrong with that. Okay, very few other people receive unreleased rares... but so what? Everyone knows they will be released anyway. It's just a matter of time. Could Callie pick a random person off this forum and give a black pillow to them? NO! They would most likely try and trade it off for 20 Thrones. I'm not saying that about everyone, but some people would. Habbo (and Callie) are being clever in the way they balance rares. They are releasing them for a shorter period of time, even HOURS for some. They are controlling the amount in the hotel (the time of Green Pillow release). Callie shows off upcoming rares, getting people excited, so when they arrive in the catalogue, people want to buy them. Maybe that has worn off a little bit - so give these upcoming rares to a non-Staff member, which people immediately start whispering about, circulating a buzz about the rares. Maybe Callie likes Evo's attitude, and sees him as a responsible person. What's wrong with that? About 1/10 people on this forum complain about Habbo and furni anyway, so what's another addition to the list of complaints? There could be a million reasons for why Callie's doing it... but SO WHAT?! Oh, another thing that sprung to mind about fairness - you want Habbo to turn communist? Fair doesn't work, and never will. If everything was fair, nobody would be wanting anything, or trying to get anything. Humans have willpower, and unless they were controlled by computers and did EXACTLY the same actions, they could never live out fair lives.

I'm not avidly defending Evolution, I'm just trying to not criticise him in particular, or question Callie's motives. Oh, and sorry for the lack of paragraphing - got carried away.

(Just as a footnote: people who are concerned about value and showing off their furni shouldn't really make a big fuss. The pillows are not high in value, unless they are added into circulation, and by that I mean trading market. Unless they are being traded, there is NO value.)

Gosh, the pillow sets are getting kind of too common now? I don't think they're going to make very good rares anymore.

I agree. Pillows are highly sought after, and look well in any room. Okay, they would be instantly available, but the 25 credit asking price would still maintain them some value. It would probably stick around 2 per HC, which is good value.

Yep, plus people wouldnt be going mad over waiting for them to be released
They'd just buy them in different colours etc and we'd all be happy
