try putting nail polish on them they sorta go squige and melt and just white off... depends on the nails. please try

it was to stop me biting mine accually.
and its pretty sad for 13 year olds to be drinking, smoking and cutting their wrists

Well if they're on with glue, I would say to boil them but then you'd scald your fingers, which wouldn't be clever.
