Hiring more Super Moderators?

And it would be easier with a timetable as you can have different groups, like radio stations, and you can book times that youll be online, any mod/s mod misses like 3 in a row without telling anyone, he gets fired. Simple as.

Mods dont even do much, they sit and show off their powers and post in the 'Spam' section.
They should try actually working to make this place cleaner, rather than post junk like 'O rly' in the 'O rly' Official thread -.-

We have the same permissions as you do, we can come on here and make friends, post, spam in the sppam section, TBH, We don't "Work" here, we volounteer. So we can get breaks to talk to friends, spam in the spam section etc.. like it do.

The way the moderation department is run is upto the forum management. There is a super moderator online most of the time with Eckuii being in the UK means the forum has someone with banning capabilities during the day time. Then with nvrspk4 in the USA the forum has someone with banning capabilites at night time.

Just because it doesn't look like there is no super moderator / admin online doesn't mean there isn't as there is the invisible button!

Giving moderators more powers than they have at the moment could cause security issues as it would mean over 30 users having acess to tamper with others forum accounts, this is why the permissions are restricted.

Moderators do have a social life, they can't be expected to be on here 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They also volunteer their own time to try and keep this forum as safe as possible.

You must do your part aswell by reporting posts, therefore directing the moderators to the trouble.

Still, Mods should be doing there jobs, if theres nothing to do, then they can post, if they disagree they hould be fired

I think theres enough Moderators as there is, I mean they give up there time to check were OK.
I mean they put 100% effort to make us safe. Can't you just leave them alone, they work hard, so just leave them alone.

? It's not a real life job, lol. People don't have to take time off the Forum to have "social lives".. I think you seem to have the impression that Moderators sign a contract and it's a real job. Moderators don't get paid, and they aren't expected to work 24 hours per day, and of course they can have social lives AND still work for the Forum, that's not even an issue.

Atm I'm happy with the amount of Super Mods, although properclone and 8Freak8 are Super Moderators as part of their job title only, I am sure if it was urgent enough they would ban somebody, I've actually seen 8Freak8 helping with the 'Report here for Super Mod' thread in Forum Moderators Only before .

As Baving said we can't give each Moderators the power to edit signatures/avatars, as its a big security risk if a Moderator got hacked. There is usually at least 2 admins online most of the day, if you can't see us we are probably invisible and there is usually always a Moderator on for each Forum as well as a Super Mod to back them up should they need assistance.
